How do I get started with Horseshoe Tax Services?

For new clients, we review all previous filings with the CRA to ensure accuracy and see if you are eligible for any missed credits. Once complete, we will work with you to address your current tax needs.

I’ve received a letter from the CRA, what do I do now?

If you’ve received a letter from the CRA we will need to see the letter in its entirety. Please forward a copy to customerservice@horseshoetaxservices.ca or bring it into our office so we can best help you. 

Do you help with disability tax credits?

We are committed to providing fair resolutions for any disability tax credits filed with us. Television ads for disability tax credits can take up to 40% of your tax return, We charge a one-time flat fee to help you print and file, and you keep your refund.

Do you service clients outside of Brant County?

Yes, we provide services for all Canadians, online as well as in person. Call us at (519) 759-4844 to get started!

I need help with my taxes but I don’t think I can afford it.

Where is your new location?

As of December 6th, 2023 we have moved to our previous location, 45 Dalkeith Drive Unit 5, Brantford. Parking is available on-site, please contact us for additional questions.
